| 摘 要： | 作者认为：湛江成为区域性中心城市是粤西乃至环北部湾地区现代化的必然要求，但湛江以目前的城市功能显然无法担负起中心城市的职能。因此，有必要对湛江建设区域性中心城市的战略进行设计。而其重点在于形成区域性中心城市所应有的城市经济、文化功能、尽快使之发育成为环北部湾地区以海洋经济为支柱产业的沿海中心城市。

| Abstract: | The writer thinks:It is necessary that Zhanjiang will be the regional key city in Yue-Xi areas and around the Bei-Bu gulf.Today,It is unprobale that the city can undertake the function of key city.Therefore.It is necessary that We disign the strategy of constracting the regional key city in Zhanjiang.It is important that the economic and cultural function is formed the regional key city.Immediately.We should growth the city to be the key city of the pillarial propety of oceanial economy along the coast in the areas around the Bei-Bu gulf. |
