| 摘 要： | 通过对技术政策的考察,分析了技术政策的发展状况,对技术政策所负载的价值意蕴进行了较为详细的探索研究。认为技术政策对现代技术的发展具有重要的意义,它具有经济导向作用,蕴涵着特定的政治功效,并会引发相关生态呼吁和对技术发展中的伦理问题进行调控。
