| 摘 要： | 融入鄂西生态文化旅游圈是恩施州又好又快发展的历史性机遇和重大战略选择。恩施州应以“主角”的身份，从理念思路、发展规划、基础设施、产业结构、人文环境等五个方面对接，融入到鄂西生态文化旅游圈中，在鄂西生态文化旅游圈视阈下发展恩施旅游新经济。

| Abstract: | Merging into West Hubei Eco-cultural Tourism Circle is a hisotric opportunity and a major strategic choice for Enshi to have a faster and better development. Enshi Autonomous Prefecture, as "a major character", should meet and merge into the eco-cultural circle from such aspects as ideal, development planning, infrastructural facilities, industrial structures and human environment. |
