Sincerity is the foundation and base of all morals,the most important morality being a human,and the foundation of the exist ence and development of a society.Vocational education bears the important tas k of training talents for the front line of production,service and management o f the society.To carry out sincerity teaching in vocational education is the ne ed of professional moral,the requirement of social development,and necessity o f students'getting at the society and personal development.The development of sincerity teaching in vocational education should follow the principle of profe ssional pertinence,the principle of the unity of knowledge and practice,and the principle of teachers'setting examples and being the model of others.
