摘    要:职业模式的发展使得职技人才知识能力结构的技术含量、理论深度不断提升,其相应的学历层次必定随之高延。地区发展不平衡,各行业职业的发展程度也不尽相同,造成我国社会同时存在着不同阶段的职业模式。在构建职教体系时,必须顾及多层次、多样化职技人才的培养。现代社会职业行为的新定位以及就业新观念,要求职技人才具有适应能力和创新能力,这一要求应由职教体系中的学历教育与非学历教育共同完成。职教体系的构建应以终身教育思想为依据,发展和完善职教观;促进非学历教育从边缘走向核心,并采取相应的机制和举措。

Abstract:Development of professional mode makes technical talents' content of technology and depth of theory be promoted , the level of record of schooling be sure to upgrade. There are several professional modes in different stage in our society. So we should consider to train technical talents in different levels when we construct new vocational education system. New postion of professional behaviour and new employment idea set new demands on technical talents which should be fulfilled by both record of schooling education and non - record of schooling education. Constructing new system should take life - long education thought as basis and we should adopt corresponding measures to promote non - record of schooling education step from the borderline to the center.
