| Abstract: | With the continued expansion of the scale of post-graduate students and the continuous development of science and technology,post-graduate training and scientific research funding are increasingly dependent on the instructors,which is followed by a number of emerging issues of concern.According to author's years of experience of engagement in research of post-graduate education management,this paper discusses the problems initiated by the "boss" instructors and the relative countermeasure. |
