| 摘 要： | 创新是人类文明进步的基本条件。教育管理创新既是教育创新的一个重要组成部分 ,又是实现教育事业跨越式发展的内在动力。教育管理创新要健康发展 ,管理者必须具有明确的、符合时代精神的、现代化的目标取向。教育管理创新虽然面临多样化的路径选择 ,但关键路径则在于教育管理制度的创新。
