| 摘 要： | 教师的职业道德水准取决于教师的思想修养、知识修养和品格修养。教师职业道德的示范性和传播性是其他职业所不具备的。教师的德、识、言、行在提高教育质量和办学水平,培养造就社会主义现代化建设者的过程中,居于主导地位,作用于教书育人的全过程。

| Abstract: | Teacher's professional ethic standards are determined by the cultivation on mind,knowledge,and moral character.The teacher's professional ethics have the feature of demonstration and propagation which does not exist in other occupations.Teacher's morality,knowledge,words and deeds play the fundamental role in the process of improving teaching quality and raising education level,as well as cultivating the constructors of modern socialism,and taking effects in the whole process of teaching and fostering. |
