略论李邕

李邕是盛唐时期在文坛上有着崇高声望与巨大影响的人物,他直言极谏的政治品格,爱民疏财的仁义举动,能文养士的领袖气度,驰猎自恣的豪侠生活作风等,正是盛唐文士极其张扬个性,扬厉奋发的精神风貌的突出表现。在文章创作上,他是盛唐时期的一代文宗,其文章风格具有形象鲜明,格调高昂,气象恢宏,气势充沛等特征。置于文学发展史中,可以看出李邕是改革南朝文风,推进古文运动的一位杰出代表。但是长期以来,对李邕的研究几乎处于空白,这应该说是唐代文学研究中的一个疏漏。

A Study of Li Yong

Li Yong was a man of letters who enjoyed high reputation and had great influence on the literary world in the flourishing period of the Tang Dynasty.He was known for his straightforwardness with his monarch,his benevolence and generosity in helping the poor and needy,his talent in literary works and capability of encouraging young scholars to develop.His chivalrous manner in horse-riding and hunting represented the very spirit of the literati of his time who laid great emphasis on individuality and exerting all one's efforts.As a master writer of his time,Li Yong's literary works presented vivid images and splendid scenes with a high-spirited and inspiring style.This paper believes that Li Yong is one of the outstanding representatives of Tang literature who have improved the literary styles of the Qi and Liang Dynasties and promoted the movement of prose written in the classical Chinese.However,the study of Li Yong has long been overlooked,which the author considers to be an oversight in the study of Tang literature.
