| 摘 要： | 班主任是高校学生管理工作的重要主体。进一步加强和改进高校班主任队伍建设是一项十分紧迫和必要的战略任务。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对我国高校班主任队伍建设现状进行研究,深刻分析了我国高校班主任队伍建设中存在的问题,揭示了当前我国高校班主任队伍建设的基本规律,对于推动高校队伍建设具有重要的实践价值。

| Abstract: | Class tutor proves the main body of university students management.It proves a critical and necessary task to enhance and improve class tutor team construction in universities.The essay researched China＇s university class tutors＇ current constructive status via documentation approaches,questionnaire and interviewing method,deeply analyzed problems existed in class tutors＇ team construction,revealed the basic principles in team establishment that proved paramount practice value. |
