我国2007年经济发展仍将具有一个相对宽松和不断向好的国际环境,高油价和高初级产品价格对我国经济的负面影响会有新减弱,国际贸易保护主义抬头和扩大国内消费需求对我国经济发展的影响会明显增加。为此,我国将坚持以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,切实把科学发展观落到实处,努力实现速度、质量、效益相协调,消费、投资、出口相协调,人口、资源、环境相协调,真正从经济发展的“有快有好”迈向“又好又快”。
