| Abstract: | In this paper,from the angle of culture, the author analyzes the cultural essence of the private enterprises in Fu-
jian Province. Meanwhile, the author' s focuses on the ideas of globalization and their impact imposed on Fujian private en-
terprises which is resulted from the cultural difference between the oriental and the west, so as to help the private enter-
prises to promote their culture integration and improve their cultural management, and eventually promote the development
of these enterprises. |
