| 摘 要： | 当前，就业率制度的出台引起了社会各界的关注，我们也不应忽略两个方面的问题，一是就业率制度的缺陷和边界，二是与高等教育整体制度变迁的互动关系。本文系统阐述了就业率制度存在的主要问题，并由此提出了高等教育制度变迁的若干问题。

| Abstract: | Presently,the employment rate system appeared to receive the welcome.But we should not neglect:(1) employment rate system the flaw and boundary;(2) and higher education overall system vicissitude interaction relations.The article elaborates the existing problems in employment rate system,and puts forward the system vicissitude. |
