中国国际商事仲裁制度研究

随着我国国际贸易的发展，国际商事仲裁活动越来越频繁，国际商事仲裁的研究也得到进一步深化，从而促进了我国国际商事仲裁制度不断完善。然而，在我国仲裁制度的发展过程中还存在种种不足，在仲裁机构、仲裁协议、仲裁监督等方面还存在不少问题，仍有许多有待改进的地方，需要进一步加强理论研究，同时对我国现行的仲裁法应参照联合国《国际商事仲裁示范法》的有关规定进行修改，推动仲裁立法使之与国际通行作法接轨，以加快我国仲裁事业的现代化和国际化的进程，使我国国际商事仲裁各方面的制度不断得到完善。

Research on International Commercial Arbitration System in China

With the development of China＇s international trade, international commercial arbitration activities are getting more and more frequent and the study is also further deepened on international commercial arbitration, so as to promote China＇s international commercial arbitration system for continuous improvement. However, various deficiencies still exist in the development of Chinas arbitration system. Many problems still exist in the arbitral institutions, arbitration agreement and arbitration oversight. There is still room for improvement in many areas, and we need to further strengthen the theoretical study. At the same time, China＇s existing arbitration law should be amended, according to the relevant provisions of the United Nations ＂Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration＂. Arbitration council is also expected to promote the convergence with international practices, so as to speed up the process of the modernization and internationalization in China＇s arbitration system.
