浅析社会工作专业实习督导的角色定位与技巧

实习是社会工作专业教学的重要环节,在社会工作的实习过程中,透过督导老师与同学在教与学的互动和连结,让学生对社会工作的价值观、相关理论和技能技巧都有机会作检视、评估及整理,并能适切地实践于助人的历程中。因此,准确把握社会工作专业督导的角色及技巧对于实习的完成至关重要。在本文中,笔者试图将近几年来担任社会工作专业实习督导的一些感受整理出来与大家分享,期望对本土处境下的中国社会工作专业化发展有所帮助。

On the Orientation Of Role And Skills in the Process Of Practical Supervisor Of Social Work Profession

Practice is the essential part of the teaching of Social Work Profession.By means of the interaction and coordination between supervising teacher and students in the process of professional practice ,students can examine ,asess and regulate the Social Work values,relative theories and skills that will contribute to accumulate the practical knowleges of assisting other persons.Therefore,that the supervisor can make full use of the skills and take the role properly is essential to the success of professional practice.In this text,the penman,as a supervisor of Social Work,tries to regulate the experience coming from the practice and shares it with other persons,and then hopes that all of experience can contribute to the development of chinese localizing Social Work.
