| 摘 要： | 案例教学法最先在英美法系国家法学教育中运用,而后随着大陆法系国家对法学教育的改革而取得一定发展。近年来,我国法学教师也大多采用案例教学方法以提高法学教学效果和水平,但由于对之缺乏理论性和实证分析,对案例教学法存在一些错误的认识。该文试图通过案例教学法的起源和内涵来论证我国属于大陆法系的法学教育传统,在教学实践中既要符合案例教学法本身的特质,又要符合我国的国情,而且有必要创新我国的案例教学法。
