摘    要:宋代以降,在统治者的调控下,培养满足朝廷需求的人才成为书院产生与发展的逻辑基础。而创新学术是书院作为中国古代高等教育机构的最主要标志,也是千余年来书院发展的内在逻辑推动力。但人才培养和发展学术对书院发展也不是均衡地起作用,人才培养逐渐演变为限制书院学术自由发展的主要因素。在构建现代大学制度过程中,借鉴书院发展的相关理论是十分必要的。

Abstract:Regulated by the emperor of the Song dynasty,to meet the demands of the government intellectual training had become a logical foundation of Academy's initiation and development.Moreover,academic creativeness was not only the most important symbol of the Academy as Chinese ancient higher education institution,but also the inherent motivation of its development through more than thousand years.However,intellectual training and academic development did not play a balanced role in the process of the Academy development;intellectual training gradually became a primary factor of restricting the free academic development of Academy.In the process of the constructing the modern university system,it is extremely necessary to take reference of some relative theories about the development of Academy.
