| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了大学专业评估实践中外部评估与内部评估的异同，阐明了外部评估与内部评估的联系与共性，区分了二者在评估范围、目的、心理、方法方面的差异，认为有效发挥评估的改进功能是需要进一步研究的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the difference between the external and internal evaluation in the practice of major evaluation at university.It elucidates the relation and commonness between the external and internal evaluation of various majors,and differentiates the scope,goal,mentality and method of evaluation. How to exert effectively the improving the function of evaluation is a problem which needs to be further studied. |
