| 摘 要： | 一段时间以来,理论界讨论银行监管体制的问题很热闹,建议我国紧跟世界潮流,建立统一金融监管体制的呼声很高,但笔者以为现阶段我国建立这种监管体制的条件还不成熟。现在紧迫的任务不应是对监管体制大动手术,而应该是如何尽快转变监管理念、完善银行监管手段,建立和完善银行机构的内部控制机制、加强监管机构之间的协调、促进竞争、控制风险、提高监管效率。

| Abstract: | A hot discussion on the issue of banking supervision regime is held in China's the ory community.lt seems to be strongly recommended to follow the world trend to establish a buified regulation regime in China.However,the author holds that the preconditions for establishment of unified regulation regime in China are not in place.The urgent task at present is not to alternate China's regulation regime,but how to alternate regulation concepts as soon as possible,to consummate mans of regluation,to establish and consummate internal control mechanism in banking sectors,to strengthen cooperation cooperation between supervisory abuthorities.to promote competition,and to control risks and improve regulation efficiency,which is the strategy for "curing origin |
