| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems existing in the professional development of the university teachers,this essay presents the suggestions on such mechanism aspects of the mechanism as incentive,cooperation,training and assessment to promote the professional development of teachers.It provides the reference frame to strengthen the management of teaching staff,to improve the overall quality of teachers and to promote a comprehensive reform of higher education. |
