现阶段我国社会中的剥削现象刍议

社会主义初级阶段这一基本国情决定了在我国经济社会中还不可避免地存在着剥削现象。现阶段的剥削现象既有利于我国社会生产力的发展,同时也会压抑劳动者的积极性、主动性和创造性。因此,我们在鼓励非公有制经济发展的同时,对于非公有制经济中的剥削现象一定要进行规范、限制和引导。

On the Phenomenon of Exploitation in Chinese Society at the Present Stage

The basic national condition of our country that China is at the primary stage of socialism decides that the phenomenon of exploitation still inevitably exists in our economy and society.The phenomenon of exploitation at the present stage is conducive to the development of social productive forces of our country,however,it may inhibit the activity and creativity of employees at the same time.Therefore,while we are encouraging the development of non-public economies,we should regulate,control and guide the phenomenon of exploitation in non-public economies.
