东北地区经济增长溢出效应的实证分析

区域经济学认为，相关区域之间必然存在经济联系。东北地区作为我国重要的老工业基地，在发展过程中也必然与其他经济区域产生经济联系并相互影响。本文利用区域间投入产出表的基本流量数据，采用Miller—Round模型测算了东北地区的区内乘数效应及其他国内各区域的相互溢出效应。结果显示，东北地区内部经济联系较弱，区域内乘数效应高；东北地区对国内其他区域的溢出效应要显著高于其他区域对东北地区的溢出效应，发达地区的经济发展没有对东北地区产生较大带动作用。相对而言，邻近的北部沿海地区和京津地区对东北地区的溢出效应较大。

An Empirical Analysis of the Spillover Effect of Northeast Region in China
