略论城市和谐交通及其建设

城市交通发展过程中存在着城市交通与自然环境的不和谐、人与交通的不和谐、人与人之间的不和谐。因此,城市交通也应该按照和谐社会的理念、标准和要求,发展和谐交通。城市和谐交通发展要坚持“人本位”和“生态本位”和谐统一的价值指导原则。在这两个价值原则指导下,城市和谐交通发展,一方面,要结合城市实际,构建适应各个城市特点的和谐交通发展模式;另一方面,规划与城市交通需求相适应的分层次的城市交通体系,实现城市内交通体系的和谐。

On Harmonious Urban Transportation in China and its Construction

Lack of harmony between urban transportation and the natural environment,and between transportation and people,which causes disharmony between people,is an important issue that should be taken into consideration in the development of urban transportation.That is to say,the same principles and requirements for the building of a harmonious society should be followed in the development of urban transportation,and the development of urban harmonious transportation must follow the principles of "people-centeredness"and "ecology-centeredness" under the guidance of which city-specific patterns of urban transportation development can be formed.On the other hand,layered urban transportation system should be developed in accordance with urban planning and transportation needs in order that harmony of urban transportation system can be achieved.
