| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校课外体育活动存在的误区进行了探讨分析。提出了高校课外体育活动必须树立正确的健身观念 ,提倡运动的健康性。科学设置课外体育活动内容 ,改变课外体育活动的竞技化、程式化倾向 ,从“应试教育”转向“素质教育”。
