农民工社会保障机制问题探讨

农民工作为当今社会特殊的弱势群体,他们的社会保障机制还很不健全,这不仅表现在他们的社会保障程度低,而且还表现在实施效果不佳。为了更好地发挥农民工的作用,需要建立和完善农民工社会保障机制。首先,要为农民工的社会保障扫清障碍,进行系列改革;其次,要建立农村社会保障体制。

Social Security for the Migrant Labors

Today,the migrant labors from rural areas have formed a special disadvantaged group in the society,the social security for whom is unsound.On one hand,they haven't enjoyed much social security yet;on the other hand,the actualization of that is ill-matched.As to give play to the role of the migrant labors,the social security system should be established and improved.First of all,the barriers in implementing the social security for them should be removed and series of related reforms should be carried out.Next,a rural social security system should be set up.
