从“超然”“介入”走向“平衡”——对现代大学定位的几点思考

现代大学定位面临着事业与产业、象牙塔与中轴机构、学术自由与政府干预、教育者与服务者等概念的冲突和实践的两难困境。前者要求大学超然物外，后者要求大学的社会介入，对其中任何一种取向的偏好都会影响大学的正常发展，化解这一困境的前提是要明确现代大学的应然定位。强调大学的文化定位，是大学在发展中立于不败之地的关键。
