当前研究生教育管理理念新探

随着我国研究生教育的迅猛发展，研究生教育管理工作面临一些新情况、新问题。文章立足当前研究生教育管理工作的实际，以科学发展观为指导，遵循“对立统一，和谐发展”的基本思路，提出大众化背景下的精英教育、现代化语境中的传统创新、国际化趋势下的品牌建设、社会化潮流下的互动双赢、边缘化矛盾中的危机管理五则理念。以期有所创新。

A new grope for concepts on the present management of graduate education

With the rapid development of graduate education in our country some new situations and problems arised in its management. Based on the reality of the present management of graduate education, guided by the scientific outlook on development, following the basic idea of unity of oppositeness and harmonious development, the article came up with five concepts including popularized training of elites under mass higher education, innovation of tradition in the modem context, brands-building in the global trend, interactive and win-win situation in the socialized tendency and management of crisis in the marginalized conflicts. The new concepts were expected to make an instructive grope for the management of the present graduate education.
