| 摘 要： | 从国家、市场、社会扮演的角色来看,我国在实践中已逐渐形成"政府主导型"、"企业主导型"、"民间组织型"、"政府、社区互助型"、"政府、社区、社会互助型"五类新型社区管理和服务体制。新型社区管理和服务体制的生成本质上反映着国家、市场、社会不同性质力量之间的互动与配置关系,具有重要的实践价值与功能。社区管理和服务体制的创新与类型化发展,也反映出了现代国家开始突破单一治理模式,在多元力量共存的乡村社会治理中,探索形成更加符合时代发展要求的多元合作治理模式。

| Abstract: | According to the role which state,market,and society play,there have been informed five community management and service system types:government-oriented,enterprise-led,nongovernmental,government-community interaction,government-community-society interactive.The new community management and service system essentially reflects interaction among state,market and society,which have practical value.The innovation and genre development of community management and service system have also reflected the breakthrough of governance model which from single governing model to multiple cooperation model which meet the new requirements in the development of our time. |
