| 摘 要： | 现代社会的制度建构实际上在某种程度上体现了人们的理性设计和价值选择,是由工具理性和价值理性共同构成的,具有双重的价值取向.也正是由于工具理性和价值理性之间相互伴生又彼此对立的关系,给制度建构带来了诸多矛盾和困境.对此,必须加以密切关注,以共同维护现代社会的同一性与和谐发展.
