| 摘 要： | 在引入项目管理的基本概念的基础上,以电子科技大学电子科学研究院为例,对高校专职科研生产单位项目管理人员职责按照项目管理的9项内容进行划分和对比分析,从而发现电科院项目管理中所存在问题的部分原因,并有针对性地提出了项目工作与日常运营工作综合管理,以及重视变更控制、重视质量计划和控制和重视风险控制等改进建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic concept of project management, this paper compares the responsibility of the project manager in Research Institute of Electronic Science and Technology (RIEST) according to 9 management tasks of the project, and finds out the reasons of some problems of project management in RIEST. At last, some suggestions are provided to improve the project management in RIEST. |
