| 摘 要： | 文章通过对历史文献的整理，部分理清了政府购买公共就业服务模式的发展脉络，发现经济危机、新政以及劳动力市场的变化与就业服务供给制度的创新联系密切。同时，围绕政府购买公共就业服务核心问题——效率展开研究，归纳与总结了国外文献在政府购买公共就业服务理论、绩效考核、比较研究等方面的成果。最后，评述了现有研究的不足并进一步展望了未来研究方向。

| Abstract: | Abstract ：Through the historical literature review, it has become clearer about how the government contract- ed out the public employment services, and it has been found that economic crisis, the New Deal and the change of labor market have a close relationship with this labor employment system. At the same time, this paper focuses on the core problem of this model - efficiency, and summarizes the foreign literature about the theory, perform- ance evaluation, comparative research and so on related to this issue. Finally, the paper points out the existing limitations of the present study and the prospects of future research. |
