对高校师生关系的思考

近年来,高等学校师生关系出现了一些问题,分析其原因主要包括：师生双方角色认知的差异;师生生活和生存压力增大;忽视新型师生关系的建设等方面。构建新型师生关系,要从教师做起,准确把握师生关系的内涵,努力调整自己的认知和教育方式,提高道德水平和业务水平;教育行政部门和学校要重视师生关系,对学生进行尊师重教的教育和引导,要关心爱护教师。进而通过学校和广大师生的共同努力,构建和谐的新型师生关系。

In recent years,some perplexities of the relationship between teachers and students in universities have appeared.The main reasons for this are that the differences in recognition of the roles of both teachers and students,that the students＇ life and survival pressure has been increased,and that the construction of the new type relationship between teachers and students has been neglected.In order to build the new type relationship between teachers and students,teachers should accurately grasp its content,make great efforts to adjust their awareness and education methods and improve the ethics and professional standards.Administrative departments and universities must pay attention to the relationship between teachers and students,educate and guide the students to respect teachers,attach importance to education and care for and love teachers.The university,the teachers at large and the students should work together to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
