| 摘 要： | 深化大学生实践基地建设是新形势下高校深化教育教学改革、培养复合型、应用型创新人才的内在要求和必然途径。目前高校实践基地建设仍存在诸多问题,如流于形式、实践课程体系设置不完善、实践教学师资队伍建设水平不高等。因此,从校内外实践基地建设、对接社会就业需求、加强师资队伍建设以及机制体制保障等方面对大学生实践基地建设进行探讨,为新形势下的实践基地建设提供合理建议及对策。 |

| Abstract: | Deepening construction of practice base for undergraduate students under the new situation is the intrinsic requirement and inevitable approach of further reformation of education and teaching, cultivation of innovative talents with compound and applied characteristics. There are many problems in the construction of practice base for undergraduate students, such as formality, imperfect practice curriculum system, and low level practical teaching staff construction and so on. According to the analysis of above problems, this paper will put forward some countermeasures for the construction of the practice base for undergraduate students in the following as- pects： construction of practice base, employment demand, practical teaching staff construction as well as the guarantee of system and mechanism. |
