农业高校文科专业学风建设问题与对策

优良的学风是人才培养质量的重要保证。调查表明，高等农业院校文科专业的学风建设存在着学生专业思想不稳定、学习目标不明确、方法不恰当、纪律松懈、实践教学环节薄弱等问题。本文从构建全员全方位抓学风建设的机制、坚持管理与激励并重、加强职业规划教育、突出学生在学风建设中的主体作用等方面提出了对策与建议。

Problems and Countermeasures on Building Good Learning Environment for Liberal Arts Majors in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Good learning environment is a guarantee of talent cultivation. Investigations have reviewed various problems in the building of good leaning environment for liberal arts students in agricul- tural universities,including students＇ uncertainty about their major choices, unclear learning objectives, improper learning methods, lack of disciplines, and weakness in practical teaching. This paper aims to provide some suggestions on how to cultivate good learning environment in the following areas.building sound mechanisms for good learning environment, adopting punishment and incentive policies, enhancing career planning education,and highlighting students＇ main role in the cultivation of good learning environment.
