| 摘 要： | “科学发展观”是一种人类文明史上全新的发展观，它对人、人类社会和自然生态系统的发展关系作出了全面、整体的把握，蕴含着丰富的辨证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的哲学思维。“发展”——马克思主义辩证发展观的坚持和运用；“以人为本”——马克思主义社会历史主体理论的最新发展；“全面、协调、可持续发展”——马克思主义社会有机体理论的生动体现。

| Abstract: | The scientific concept of development is a completely new concept of development in the history of civilization. An overall and indiscrete grasp of the relationship among human, human society and natural ecosystem is put forward, with philosophy of dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Development： insisting and applying of the dialectical concept of development of Marxism. Human-orientation： the latest development of the theory of Marxism social historic subject. Comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable development： vivid embodiment of Marxism social organism theory. |
