大学生集群行为：特征、诱因及对策

当前，我国正处于经济加速发展的社会转型期、战略机遇期，同时也处于社会矛盾多发期，由于高校在近几年的跨越式发展过程中存在一定问题，不时出现的大学生集群行为成为高校和社会稳定的重大隐患。目前的大学生集群行为主要分为管理失当类、社会事件类、涉外事件类、情绪冲动类四种类型，具有自发性、偶然性、匿名性、无组织性、情绪性、狂热性、失范性、短暂性等基本特征，可以通过事前预防和控制、过程控制以及事后控制等社会控制环节，加以预防和控制。
