心理资本对大学生学习压力的调节作用——学习压力对大学生心理焦虑、心理抑郁和主观幸福感的影响

大学生的心理健康问题已经成为当前学术界研究的热点问题之一.在大学生思想成长的过程中,由于他们对社会没有一个完整的认识,所以他们会在积极向上与消极颓废等各种心理状态之间摇摆不定.这种动荡的心理状态,会进一步使大学生产生忧患意识.社会变革的速度越快,这种心理忧患意识就会越强烈.在社会转型时期,忧患意识已成为大学生群体中一个普遍存在和广受人们关注的心理问题.总结已有文献的研究成果,可以假设:大学生的学习压力和心理抑郁呈正相关；大学生的学习压力与心理焦虑呈正相关；大学生的学习压力与主观幸福感呈负相关；心理资本在大学生学习压力与心理抑郁的关系中起调节作用；心理资本在大学生学习压力与心理焦虑的关系中起调节作用；心理资本在大学生学习压力与主观幸福感的关系中起调节作用.通过实证研究可以证明:大学生的学习压力与心理焦虑、心理抑郁呈正相关,与主观幸福感呈负相关；心理资本分别调节了自变量与因变量之间的关系.由此可以认为上述6项假设成立.

Effects of Undergraduates’ Academic Stress on Psychological Depression,Anxiety and Subjective Well-being:The Moderating Role of Psychological Capital

Issues of undergraduates’ psychological health have been one of the hottest topics of current society.Lacking of general knowledge of society,undergraduates may become positive,confused,wait-and-see or passive during the process of maturity in thoughts.The turbulence of psychological trend will lead to psychological anxiety.The faster the society changes,the stronger the psychological anxiety will be.In the course of society transformation,it has been a universal and concerned psychological problem of undergraduates.By literature reviews,we conducted six hypotheses.Empirical results revealed that academic pressure is positively related to psychological anxiety and depression,while negatively related to subjective well-being.Psychological capital moderates the relationship between independent variable and dependent variables.Limitations and future directions of present research are also discussed in this paper.
