双因素理论在高校教职T激励管理中的应用研究

摘    要:运用双因素(激励因素和保健因素)理论分析当前高校的分配制度,指出高校在对教职工进行激励管理中存在的问题,认为学校应在完善保健因素的同时更多地考虑激励因素的作用,并提出对学校人员管理运用目标激励和正确使用公平理论、不能忽视金钱作用,应用双因素理论指导高校津贴分配制度改革等具体措施。

Abstract:The two-factor theory. (motivator and hygiene factors) is applied in analyzing the distribution system of colleges and universities. It is pointed out that problems exist in the administration by means of motivation among the staff members. It is regarded that schools should take the role of motivating factors into more consideration while improving hygiene factors. Some specific measures are suggested as follows: 1. Applying target incentive and properly using equity theory in the administration of the staff, without ignoring the role of money; and 2. Guiding the institutional reform of the subsidy distribution with the two-factor theory.
