| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业质量不仅关系到毕业生的切身利益，也影响着学校的社会整体形象。科学地评价高校毕业生就业质量，有助于对整个就业现象进行客观有效的分析。将层次分析法与模糊综合评判法相结合，在实际调查的基础上，对某高校X专业毕业生就业质量做了科学评判，验证了该方法的可行性、实用性和有效性。
