| 摘 要： | 针对我国高等教育的发展形势,结合本校机械设计制造及其自动化专业教学团队的具体情况,明确了本教学团队的指导思想和建设目标,提出了＂1＋2＋5＂的教学团队运行模式,形成了本教学团队的建设特色,并结合实例说明了团队运行和建设的成效。

| Abstract: | In view of higher education's development situation in China and the special detail of mechanical design manufacturing and automation profession teaching team in Chongqing Jiaotong university has clarified the guiding principle and the construction goal,proposed 1+2+5operation pattern and formed the construction characteristic of the teaching team.The result of team operation and the construction has been explained with examples. |
