| 摘 要： | 经济法的本质是用法律形式来实现资源的最优化配置,经济法既要确认市场的作用,又要规范政府的干预,还要发挥社会的作用,经济法的核心是资源配置权。经济法也是生产力。经济法是效益本位,经济是质,法是形。随着可持续发展战略的实施,经济法面临生态化转向的趋势。

It not only establishes the position of the market but also makes the intervention of government legal, whose core is the rights of allocation of resources.The economic law is also productive power because of its benefit chauvinism.With the advancement of sustainable development strategy,the economic law has a tendency towards ecological turning. |
