论高校教师的课程编制能力——基于默会知识的角度

摘    要:高校教师的课程编制能力是教师顺利完成各项课程编制活动所具有的能力.从默会知识的视角出发,教师在编制课程过程中,应关注由于生活境遇特别是文化背景的差异所带来的默会知识的差异,以及由此造成的学生个体解释或理解课程内容时认识框架和行为的不同,力求学生从已有知识中获得新的暗示,觉察新发现具有的潜在意义和价值.这对教师的课程编制能力提出了更高的要求.
