| 摘 要： | 利用蒙特卡1罗方法模拟了不同相变模型的密度演化和格点激活位的扩散,通过分析各种模型演化过程中的临界行为,给出了系统在临界点附近的物理特征,以及影响系统演化趋向的相关参数.

| Abstract: | The density evolution and active states diffusion of the different phase transition models are simulated by Monte Carlo method,we have analyzed the critical behavior of the various models,the physic characteristic of systems in critical region and the parameter of influence system evolution are given. |
