| 摘 要： | 2008年爆发的世界金融危机规模大、影响深,并且正在向实体经济危机转变.金融危机对中国经济产生了很多负面影响,但也为中国经济进行结构性调整,实现产业升级、国民经济现代化提供了机遇.产业升级不能简单淘汰劳动密集型产业,而应运用知识和技术对其进行改造,同时以新的科技革命催生新兴产业形成规模.
