摘    要:在现代信息技术和管理理念的支持下,企业的绩效管理作为系统管理和战略管理的创新,通过"集成"和"闭环"的运行机制,不仅促使企业系统围绕整体绩效优化运行,而且可以实现企业战略管理对战术经营的统筹.

Abstract:With the support of the modern information technology,the corporate performance management,as a new idea of system management and strategy management,can not only promote the optimized operation of the corporate performance but also obtain its overall effect and the realization of the corporate strategy management over the tactics operations through the operative mechanism of management "integration" and "closed loop" system.
