| 摘 要： | 能源结构调整是中国能源发展面临的重要任务之一,也是保证中国能源安全的重要组成部分,调整中国能源结构主要是要减少对石化能源资源的需求与消费,降低对国际石油的依赖,降低煤电的比重,大力发展新能源和可再生能源。本文对中国能源结构进行了分析,提出了中国能源结构优化的方向,以此为基础,提出了基于能源结构方向的优化煤炭、石油消耗方式,能源多元化和区域资源优化;同时还提出了基于管理和技术层面的对策。
