我国人口增长现状中的新问题忧思——以广东省人口迅速增长为例证

以广东人口增长为例证，揭示出其人口总规模、人口密度、自然增长率、人口年龄结构等方面的特点及出现的各种新问题。与发达的经济形成强烈反差的极为落后的生育观念、全社会对人口问题重视不够、计生工作不力是广东人口增长迅速的主要原因，据此警示全国所面临的严峻的人口问题。必须从转变生育观念、树立忧患意识、完善计生政策、强化计生工作、加强流动人口管理、加快西部城市化进程等方面解决人口过快增长的问题

Pondering Over the New Problems Arisen in the Population Growth in China Illustrated by the Rapid Population Growth in Guangdong Province

Based on the situation of the population growth in Guangdong, this paper discusses the characteristics and problems of the general scale of population, the density of population, the natural growth rate, the age composition of population and points out that the quick population growth in Guangdong lies in these factors: the backward concept of child bearing;the whole society has not paid enough attention to it; the work of birth control has proved to be insufficient. So this paper issues a serious warning of the population problem facing the whole country and finally proposes some relevant countermeasures for it.
