| 摘 要： | 通过对盐渍条件下佛手瓜幼苗的形态、生理分析，发现佛手瓜对盐渍环境有一定的适应能力。其耐盐机理，一是增加体内脯氨酸含量来调节渗透势，减少水分损失；二是降低细胞质膜透性来减少对盐分的吸收。

| Abstract: | he physiological and morphological changes of Sechium edule Swartz seedling in saline environment are studied.The results show that Sechium edule Swartz can tolerate NaCl to a certain extent by increasing proline contents and lowering permeability of cytoplasm membrance. |
