构建和谐社会视野下的城乡统筹发展

城乡协调发展,是和谐社会的重要标志,也是构建和谐社会的关键所在。城乡差距的不断拉大,不管是对于“和谐”还是“发展”,都构成巨大威胁。因此,构建社会主义和谐社会必须重视城乡之间的协调发展,尽快建立或完善城乡统一的行政管理体制、覆盖城乡居民的公共服务保障体制、城乡统一的户籍制度和农民有序政治参与制度,形成城乡协调发展的长效机制。
