我国教师教育改革的回顾与反思

摘    要:我国教师教育改革在政府、高校和学术界共同努力下得到急速推进,学者们一致认为教师职业专业化等五个方面是改革的总体方向;政府采用立法规范、政策引导、制度建设推进改革;高师院校和综合大学对改革积极响应,从办学模式到办学体制再到课程体系均有重大调整。但仍然存在理论准备不足、教师社会地位不高、对教师教育管理规范不严等问题,建议提高教师社会地位,提高师范院校和教师教育专业地位,严格教师和教师教育机构准入制度。

Abstract:The teacher education reform in China has been advanced rapidly under the mutual efforts of government,colleges and universities,and academic circles.All the scholars agree that the general direction of reform is teacher professionalism and other four aspects:promoting the reform through legislation,policy guidance and system construction;the normal and comprehensive universities supporting the reform greatly and adjusting them from school-running model to system to curriculum system.However,there still are some problems of theoretical preparation,social status of teachers,and teachers' education administration,etc.Therefore,we should improve teachers' social status,professional status of normal universities and teacher education,and control access system on teacher and teacher education institution.
